Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect order

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items such as pens, paints, markers, or paper products unless they were damaged during delivery.


Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


Return Process

  1. Email us at info@paperneststationery.store with your order number, product details, and a photo of the issue.
  2. Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the item qualifies for a return or replacement.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship you a new item at no additional cost (subject to availability).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used stationery products
  • Items purchased on clearance or during final sales
  • Orders not reported within the 3-day window
